What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It does not store anything in your browser.

The contact form sends your name, company, email address and message to us through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Email Service, which deliver it to our mailbox. Nothing is stored on this website; the message lives only in our mailbox.

To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks the connection (for example browser characteristics and IP address) to tell people from automated traffic; it does not use advertising cookies or build profiles. Its data is processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy notice.

What we do with your message

If you write to us, we use your name, company, email address and message solely to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and applicable record-keeping duties, and delete it afterwards.

Hosting and infrastructure

This site is served through cloud infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare), which process technical connection data such as IP address, user agent and request logs for security and delivery. See the provider’s own privacy notice for details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@ergatia.com to exercise these rights.
